Greta

Greta was the second cat we welcomed into our home, and she quickly became a cherished part of our family. She has a naturally serious and intense expression, but her temperament is wonderfully gentle. Greta is affectionate, people oriented, and happiest when she is close to her family. She follows us from room to room, purrs with enthusiasm, and has the sweetest little chirps that she uses to “talk” to us throughout the day.
She also has a playful habit that always makes us laugh. When she wants to slip past us, she makes a funny “race car” sound, as if she believes it gives her extra speed. It is one of her quirks that shows just how much personality she has beneath her serious face.
As a mother, Greta is exceptional. She is attentive, patient, and steady, caring for her kittens with a calm and nurturing presence. Her loving nature helps her babies grow into confident, well-adjusted kittens. She is also wonderful with our children, happily allowing them to hold her and seeking out their company.
Greta’s combination of a thoughtful, serious demeanor and a deeply affectionate heart makes her a joy to live with and an invaluable part of our family.
