The customer service was exceptional. We were sent home with a thoughtful gift basket full of the products he’s already familiar with, which made the transition so smooth. We also received a detailed binder with all of his care information, records, and helpful guidance — everything was organized and thorough. Shane is always quick to respond to questions and genuinely cares about how he’s doing.
The process of choosing our kitten was seamless and completely pressure-free. It was obvious that Shane’s priority was making the perfect match. She took the time to ensure the fit was right both for our family and for the kitten.
Bringing him home was incredibly easy. Thanks to the thoughtful exposure and socialization he received early on, he adjusted immediately. He fell right into place with our family and adapted to our home as if he had always been here.

As someone who has grown up around mainecoons and experienced several breeders, this is by far the best one I’ve had the pleasure of getting a kitten from. They were extremely informative throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had.
When buying the cat they provided all of the medical information in a binder (which is extremely helpful for vet visits). They also provided a small goodie bag with some of the kitten’s favorite treats and toys. The kitten was raised well and had transitioned wonderfully into his new home!
He loves to explore and play, and is very affectionate. It was an incredible experience buying from this breeder and I would do it again in an instant!"
